Celebration of St. Thomas Music

January 6, 2022 marks the 20th anniversary of Rick McKnight’s service as Organist and Choirmaster of St. Thomas. To mark the occasion, Rick asked to celebrate not only his milestone but the legacy of St. Thomas music over the decades.

On January 29, all who have ever been part of the St. Thomas Choir are invited to return for a "Choir Reunion." All alumni and current singers are invited to sing in the loft at the 10:30 service, with a rehearsal in the loft at 9:30 am. Following the service, a festive reception in the parish hall will celebrate Rick’s anniversary and give thanks for God’s gift of music among us. 9 am - Welcome reception on the patio and in the narthex 9:30 am - St. Thomas Choir and friends gather in the choir loft to prepare for the 10:30 service 9:30 am - Other adults gather in the choir room to share St. Thomas Music Memories. Youth and children's programming takes place at this time as usual. 10:30 am - A joyful Eucharist with an Act of Thanksgiving for St. Thomas Music Following the 10:30 service, join us for a reception to honor the beginning of Rick's 20th year! We ask that all present wear masks at the reception except when eating or drinking to protect Rick and all of us! Signup on the website to help us prepare for the reception.
