St. Nicholas Night Service Project
Wednesday, December 4, 2024, 6:30 PM
In honor of St. Nicholas and in his spirit of giving, we will work together on an intergenerational service project on December 4. We're planning to pack 50 bags of small gifts (like stockingstuffers) for teens in foster care. This year The Village Foster Care and Adoptive Ministry will serve more than 300 children and teens in foster care in the Chattahoochee Valley with new gifts for Christmas. Last year we packed these bags and families were VERY excited about them!
Items can come from anywhere but there is a link to an Amazon wish list on Facebook and in email newsletters. You can order from Amazon and items will be delivered to the church or shop for items elsewhere and drop them off. Deliver items to the church office by December 2. Then join us on December 4 as we put the bags together. You can also make a financial contribution to this project and our youth at St. Thomas will shop for items for you! If you want to do this let Meg know so we can plan.
